Chai, Indian Tea

A very oriental blend of imperial spices, like cinnamon cloves of ginger, corriander, cardamon, peppers or chilli mixed with a good quality tea. Traditionally chai is simmered in milk for about 15 mins and then strained. Can be prepared also like normal tea.
